After running a business myself, I know how overwhelming it can feel to navigate the ins and outs of running a venture. So in my role, I’m on a mission to help other small business owners not just feel less scared by their accounting, but to embrace finances as a powerful tool to reach their goals. The whole team and our clients share my attitude that life is for living, and the flexible hours allow me to keep up my love of travel.
The braggy bit: Xero Advisor certified and Xero Payroll Technician certified. I’ve grown my own successful floristry business and achieved a triple grade distinction in the BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Floristry. I’ve also been to 45 countries (and counting!).

I love helping clients stay organised and feel in control of their finances. Working closely with business owners means no two days are ever the same, and I enjoy being part of a team that genuinely cares about supporting both our clients and each other. My role is all about taking care of the day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll, and company secretarial tasks that keep businesses running smoothly, giving clients one less thing to worry about.
The braggy bit: I've been working alongside Susan since 2016 and have built extensive hands-on experience in bookkeeping, payroll, confirmation statements, and supporting small business owners behind the scenes. Over the years I've helped hundreds of clients stay on top of their financial administration and compliance requirements.

It’s not an overstatement to say that I’m passionate about helping individuals with their tax needs. I love that what I do best can help all kinds of individuals from a diverse range of industries to thrive. As a mother of two, I find it incredibly refreshing to be part of a workplace that not only understands but also embraces the challenges and joys of balancing work and family life.

I’ve always been driven by organising, problem-solving, and, most importantly, helping people. In my role, I get to apply these passions by supporting our team and ensuring our clients have a seamless experience. I work to keep things running smoothly by ensuring our team, systems, and processes are all connected. This includes everything from coordinating client onboarding and leading our marketing efforts to supporting our amazing team with their training and development.
